Clutch actuating plate

Looking for help to identify the clutch disc in the center of the picture. The two on the outside are both 19-early 29, but i haven't seen one with the depressed center.

That is the pressure plate used on the “Freewheel” clutch 1915-mid 1919.
To be exact, the one you have pictured is 1915-1917. The 1918-mid 1919 is very slightly different
