NOS 1916 HD kickstarter rubbers

Sorting through my stuff I've found five NOS 1916 kick starter pedal rubbers.
Part number EG 662.
They are genuine NOS HD products that my father got from the NZ HD importers in the 1950's.
According to the parts book they fit 1916 only 3 speed models.
