Can anyone help me identify this (31-tooth) sprocket (see pic)?
The sprocket belonged to my grandfather, who died years ago. At various times, when he was a young man, he owned a 1925 JD, two 1914 HDs, and a 1913 Pope Model K. Based on what my father tells me, I suspect the sprocket may have come from one of those bikes. From what I can tell, however, it appears as though it may be some kind of racing/high-speed sprocket. The internal tabs look more like what one may find on a 4-cylinder Indian, Ace, or Super X.
Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance . . .
