It is a magneto ignition model. The first A in the VIN indicates that it left the factory with the new style clutch installed. It was a mid year change due to a patent infringement lawsuit with Eclipse. Not sure on the A at the end. I'll have to look that up. Are the letters USA stamped on the case sides by the base flange?
