    What is a 1928 jc. I believe it is a 61 inch motor but unable to find any information.

      I am not 100% sure but I believe a JC is a low compression low geared 61" Commercial bike - probably sidecar. Jerry

          Jerry is correct. Commercial bike probably fitted with a package truck.
