exhaust lifter pin/bushing clearance

i am helping a local buddy get the upper end of his 29JD set up. he has Comp.D lifter pins (148-14) and bushings (150-17.) the pins are oversize, the bushings will need to be reamed to proper clearance to fit the pins.

my question is: what is the recommended clearance fit for the pin/bushing ?
