Steel Blue Colr - Modern Equivlent ??

I have a few Harley JD fenders with a steel blue tone of color - not sure if it's an original color or not but seems odd that it's so "popular". From the pictures, can anyone tell me what it is and if there is a modern equivalent please .
    As always,
    Thanks

      Dan,
My bet is that it is Brewster Green as any aged bits of it that I have seen have always degraded to appear black or at least almost black.
This issue has been discussed previously on this forum.
Brewster Green was the standard colour for 1922 and 23
