Coil issues bike starts but will not continue to run.

Can anybody point me in the correct direction

I have purchased a new coil for my 27J (year correct),The bike will start but only runs for a few seconds then cuts out, prior to this it had a newer coil and ran fine, despite that it rather liked having the condenser replaced.

Any help would be appreciated.

Switch back to previous coil, if it runs fine your other coil is bad.
