I have been trying to get hold of Stuart Richie with JD Juggs in Australia. I can't get any response via their web sight or eddress.
Does anybody know what happened there?
I need a good rear cylinder for my 1915 Harley F model. I will take anything from a 1915 through a 1920. My front cylinder is not a true 1915 anyway.

Any 1915-1923 61" cylinder will work. Those are all small base.

I know the the J's went through a lot of changes in fin design. Did you copy any particular year fin design?

Yes there are a lot of changes in the cylinders from year to year.

We currently manufacture 1920-29 61ci Cylinders with all the different Exhaust Valve, Fins, Flange, Primer and Plug variations for those years.

So for 1920-29 61ci Models we can be year specific.

For 1915-19 61ci Models we supply 1920 cylinders Small Flange that are not year specific (later combustion chamber and fining-configuration).

Cylinders options include Electroless Nickel Plating and a 18mm Plug size on earlier Models.

We also currently manufacturer the 1929 74ci Replacement Cylinders, also known as JDH Cylinders.
These Cylinders were used to the best of my knowledge on 74ci models in 1929 and as a Replacement Cylinder thereafter.
The earlier model 74ci Cylinders were prone to breakage as the exhaust port wasn't really attached to the Cylinder itself.
You will find some 74ci models regardless of year with one or both Cylinders that have been replaced.
Don't know what year the factory stopped supplying them as a spare part.

We are currently working through our waiting list.

Our fifth batch is at the machinist getting pretty before they are posted off to their new homes...
