Help with a rear hub identification

I bought a 20T project some time ago and it comes with this hub but i don't know if it is correct

Is it for a single ? It is smaller than my 28JD rear hub

It does look like its for a single. Your 20T will have a ball bearing hub as opposed to the roller bearing hub on your 28 but it will be of similar size/bulk.
