Helps to identify an engine

Hi fellows, i am from Brasil and i found this engine long time ago, now its just a mockup but i would like to put it on the road again and i am in need of some help to identify the correct year to start

A few more pictures from farther away would help to ID it.

a quick guess at the years would be 1918 -1921 . 61 ci. mark is right with the photos. stand back 2 feet and take a full photo of the motor.you'll be $ 15,000 into it by the time it moves.the numbers stamped on the side are bad. they may work in brasil but some here would say that law enforcement wont like them.
