I rember that I read a story that HD racing found out if they shorted the
fork a littel,then the bike would be eassier to steer a high speeds.
Could this be the answer here,ore is there a simple answer.
I also have this springer with has the cast number AC-13 ore AC-15
anyone know what this is fore...

If you have a stem of 8 3/8" from top of tree, and fork of 15 1/4" from bottom of stem, then I think it is 1926 and 1927.
The shorter leg from the other comes from an earlier bike with a larger diameter wheel.Dan Margolien
