J model A B and E engine number stampings

Some time back there was some discussion on an engine number that included an A and at the time I couldn't find the SHOP DOPE bulletin that I felt pertained to this subject.
Well I've now found it and with help have scanned it to post up here.
Interested parties need to read the whole thing and I'm sorry it's so long but thats the way it is.
