There is no magneto kill switch on standard road models. You kill the magneto by fully retarding the spark. This grounds out the magneto internaly.

I'm currently building a 26 BAF peashooter boardtracker,from what I'm seeing they had a spring steel contactor taped to the handle bar,they had a leather pad between the contactor and bar that was attached to their wrist,if they crashed or dumped the bike,and their hand left the handle bar it would kill the motor.
