EVO help - primary oil moving to engine oil

All right gents,
Hoping someone can lend some evo advice (it’s my newest bike, the 45 is more reliable at this point!). Had to pull the engine for some repairs, back together and runs great.

EXCEPT the primary fluid keeps getting pulled into the engine oil.

Pulled the primary and replaced the main shaft seal. Put the seal in open ‘spring’ side facing out per manual. Rode 80 miles and oil is again overfilled and primary is low.

Getting ready to pull it apart again but not sure what is causing the issue. Trying not to follow stupid with more stupid.

Any advice would be appreciated!

The issue you are experiencing is not that uncommon based on the year group you are working with.
More information is helpful when giving proper technical support.

What year and model is your evolution?

Is the bike original to an extent? Or Is it something pieced together with an evolution engine?

You mentioned you had it apart for repairs, What were those repairs?

Photos of the motorcycle are also very helpful when providing technical support over the Internet/phone.

Knowing this to start will help before stating what I believe is the issue at hand.
