I've had this seat for 40 years, and have not ID'd the specific application yet. General consensus has been early Harley judging by the pan ribbing, vent holes, and cover rivets, but the shape and size seems to be different than JD / VL; War or Police version maybe? A couple people at AMCA Swaps thought Hummer too, except the front mount is different? It is unmolested and original; one of the 2 front mounting studs is broken off, but otherwise it's quite nice.

It measures 12" wide by 14" stem to stern. I am a British, Japanese, and pre-teen enthusiast, so it is out of my range of expertise. I'm in the middle of a radical downsizing and retirement housecleaning, and it likely will end up on CraigsList unless a deal is struck elsewhere. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Seat, and owner is in Phoenix. Warren: web_sc0ut@yahoo.com or PM through the forum. Thanks!

I think I have a price, but want to wait until after Christmas to make a deal; besides treacherously long lines at the P.O., chances of mailing issues during the Xmas rush are of concern.

      Sorry for the delay,
      Warren
