Late Teen Harley Racers
Hello!
I am looking for any information regarding production Harley racing machines made in 1916, 1917, and 1918. These bikes were referred to as the various models:
"R" Roadster Racer, 61ci
"S" Stripped Stock Racer, 35ci
"T" Track Racer, 61ci
I am interested in any information regarding how these bikes were set up from the factory. ex:Roadster vs. Stripped. Am also interested in any literature or photos describing these machines.
Ex: Full fenders vs. no fenders, type of transmission if any, changes to frame if any.
Any thoughts or suggestions will be appreciated.
