Here are scans of the instructions with pictures parts exploded views for installing a Buddy Seat on your Electra-glide. They are dated10-67, but show the 1968 and later set up/parts. For what its worth, the parts inside were for 1965 to 1967 and the box was labeled "52512-65A Partial fittings". Maybe someone will find them helpful.
