What is this one for?

I found a bag of these little steel flanged collars with part number 65817-61 on the tags. They are 15/16" ID, 1 1/16" OD, 1" to the flange, split the entire length, and the flange is 1 1/4" OD.

Once again I find a reason to regret having sold some of my parts books. I don't know if it is Topper, Hummer, or golf cart.

Anyone got the answer?

Topper exhaust deflector bushing. It reduces the diameter of the deflector to the outlet of the muffler.
