H-D Marine Engines

It is well documented the The MoCo built boat engines in their very early years. I found Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Manufacturer of Marine Motors listed in the 1905 Milwaukee City Directory. I have never seen one or known anyone who had knowledge of one. I would love to see photos and literature of them.
It is also known the Ole Evinrude was friends with the boys, having designed and built their first carburetor. What I find interesting is that in 1907 H-D incorporated, and ceased production of Marine Motors. Also 1907 was the first year that Ole Evinrude developed his first outboard engines.
Coincidence? Inquiring minds need to know. :-)

How do you spot an early Evinrude carb, Chris?

They were called The Tomato Can because the float bowl was about the size and shape of a small can of tomato paste.
