Need Help with I.D.

Recently purchased this set of cases, they appear to have Harley single camshafts, lifter blocks and tappets. And I just happen to have a JAP cylinder and head already and they fit perfectly. There is no markings on the cases and all JAP motors I find for reference have a single cam with rocker style followers. What it this set of cases. Thanks Shawn101_8675.jpg101_8671.jpg101_8674.jpg

The cams fit perfectly inside my ba and model c cases. and the tapets and block appear to be modified 45 flathead parts. and I just tried a pair of model c flywheels in them and they fit also. These cases are weird. Do you have a CAC. I would like to know if a CAC top end is actually a JAP with a Harley stamped rockerbox cover. Am I Correct??? Thanks Shawn
