  • K single?

A non-member I met recently claimed to have a HD single cylinder engine with serial number starting with K. The engine had a belt pulley on its output. I told him I could probably find the details on this engine through the club's information bases.
When searching through google (or whatever) I was directed to this site, and a member had posted a link to serial numbers and concurrent descriptions of the corresponding bikes. The only K's mentioned were in 1915, and they all seem to be described as "race engines" or "fast engines", and one of the K's was a twin.
Now I can't find the link, the site, whatever. Can anybody help me?

Years back, R. L. Jones restored one of the 30 - llK4 single cylinder racers built in 1915. I had an engine number starting with M followed by a 500 series number.
