I think the guy is a bit optimistic if he thinks he's going to get a new Ultra for that... but it's a pretty neat preservation machine.

I don't think he's hoping for a "new" Ultra or Heritage. At least it doesn't say that in his ad. There are some pretty cheap used Ultras around so maybe he'll find a deal someplace. Nice little bike at any rate.
