Servicar Disc Brake Conversion???

Hi!
I'm trying to figure out how to convert the 1940 mechanical brake system on my Servi-car to disc brakes. I've heard it's been done, I've seen ads in The Antique Motorcycle from people claiming to have kits, but no real hard information. I would appreciate any help anyone can provide.
