its part number 358-17, sprocket shaft washer. Se picture.

In the H-D P/N Cross Index (H-D pub. p/n 99445-93), part 358-17(A) was changed to 24100-17 (358-17B to 24102-17; 358-17C to 24104-17 and so on for the various thickness thrust washers) . See attached photo. Several 11 washer kits (searched by 24100-17) were found on ebay for '29-'54 models. Not sure your year application. Eastern Motorcycle Parts may carry what you are looking for (you'll need to go through a distributor).
