    Fork rocker bushing clearance

Its time to have the new fork rocker bushings, I made, honed to size and I'm not sure how much clearance to give. My first guess is .002 between stud and bushing. What do you guys think? I think if the fit is too tight, it will create much stiction because the fork studs are never in perfect alignment. If too loose and I could have some handling issues

I use the widely available hardened steel repro bushings and they usually fit OK out of the packet. If you've made them yourself then maybe they are bronze and 2 thou clearance sounds OK.
