Harley Davidson tool question

I found these two wrenches while going through some tools. I know the black one is 11804-X Wrench, 1/2”, 9/16”, and 7/16" hexagon. But the other wrench matches all the sizes and is shorter and thinner.
Does anyone have any ideas what this wrench goes to?
