  • LT nomenclature question.

I have a L20T motor and was wondering what the L & T stand for. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I think it stands for electric , three speed. meaning has a battery instead of magneto and electric headlight and tail light verses gas lighting hope this helps

The L stands for eLectric and the T stands for Twin. Look in a period parts book at the front. It is detailed there.
