Does anybody still produce cad plated spokes for 19" VL wheels??? I do see stainless ones advertised, but not cad..Thanks..B.Baker...

Sorry Bill, we can't get cadmium done legally in Europe these last few years. The judging rules now allow stainless spokes that have been glass beaded to pass with no penalty. As far as I know, all the US-made spokes are now also stainless, but this Board will let us know if new cad spokes are available anywhere.Comment

I have never had any problem with Cad mungeding the threads. Whatever that means.
