After taking my carb apart I found a dirt dobbers nest in the low speed passage. I've got three bodies I've been working with and I guess when I was cleaning them up I just missed that area on the one I decided to rebuild. Damn rookies! Anyway, starts right up and runs but a bit rough. Didn't have time to tune on it and any advice would be appreciated.
Also, your advice on replacing the detent ball worked like a champ. Had a buddy with a welder spot a rod on it and popped it out. Bought a 3/16" punch and drilled it out a bit to hold the new ball and tapped the new one in with just a light tap with a rubber mallet. Presto!
