What cha got there has a Big Twin fender bracket, (roughly 1936 to 48) but it's on backwards!
It's just bass ackwards: the "L" slots should point to the rear, not the front. It's probably restorable. But it's not 45 (they have much narrower plates around the pivot at the rockers) sorry!Last edited by Sargehere; 02-21-2010, 06:50 PM. -
On closer look I think the bracket is backwards 36-48 (EL, FL, UL Springer) Big Twin front, but I think the fender, with the beading along the bottom edge and the big flare on the back, is VL front, 1934-36; after they got the 'aerodynamic' treatment in 1934.

yes this is the fender on the photo.
someone has spent a lot of time fore useing it on another model.
The bracket is weled on insted of useing rivet.
