    Depending on road conditions it can be a bouncy ride! Both types of controls work to slow down the oscillations in the front end and prevent the bounce.

      Yes I found a VL front end started pogo-ing on a concrete road at about 40 mph, which was very disconcerting. The ride control adds friction to both up and down movement and damps it out, so curing my problem. But I'd fit the steering damper first, as high speed side to side wobble is worse than medium speed up and down bounce.
