  • Big Fixx

No bites on the belt tension but here's another. Part off this project was to get rid of all those little bearings and their single point of contact. But it's a no go. No way those needle bearings are going into the new belt sprocket(?) housing and fitting over my clutch hub but my original retainer and balls fit just fine. Clutch hub is new(3000 miles). Has anybody else done this change and found they needed to machine the hub a bit to make things fit, or do those Big Fixx bearings come in different sizes. Chris

If you are talking 45", the big fix rollers will fit right in, if using oem hub and basket. There is a topic over at FHP directed at clutch hub and basket dimensions for the 45. Paps
