The scavenger pump on my 46 sole has only one fitting, I guess for oil return line, is there a rear chain oiler on this bike ,if so where? thanks for any help.

The rear chain oiler is incorporated into the scavenge pump cover. Some covers have the fitting boss and tapered screw hole for the flow adjustment, some don't. The oiler covers are easy to get and inexpensive if you want to convert.
