I bought a replacement plunger assembly, along with a set of heavy duty springs. The extra 7 springs were just together in a bag with no directions, and one of the springs is blue.
I laid out the originals that the plunger came with horizontally in the picture below. The new ones are all vertical in the upper right.
I am looking for help on what springs to use in the upper and lower sections. I bought the extra springs as I am 225 and need the extra capacity.
In researching online, the only kit I can find elsewhere are the Colony kits where all the springs are colored and are different lengths than this kit. The instructions for a Colony set won't work here.
I got this kit from 45 Resto. Has anyone installed this kit? Any help appreciated.
Edit - after additional research, this appears to be a V-Twin spring kit. Still can't find any guides for what springs should go where. I do have the spring table from Palmers book, but these are obviously different lengths.
