Your thoughts please on the drawing and key. I always believed I had a keen grasp of the obvious… but apparently that superpower abandons me the moment I want to wire something. I figured I’d better sketch out the schematic so I can keep track of what goes where before I accidentally invent a new electrical system Harley never intended.
My wiring harness seems determined to disagree with the colours shown on the 1930–33 Harley drawing; especially the main harness, but if I squint hard enough and ignore a few parts, I think I can make it all work. Many thanks to Steve and Peter for their assistance and for not laughing too loudly.
Please let me know if any changes are required before I turn this into a smoke‑testing exercise.
