4706-29 Says frame to switch box ground wire. Can anyone tell me where this wire is attached to the frame and attached to, I think the dash / switch box. I would also like to know if there is a ground wire other than the yellow wire going to the ammeter. If so where on the frame do you suggest I attach it.

The ground wire goes under the 3344-25 cable clip on the top left of the frame. The other end goes to the ground side of the ammeter. Note the 1935/6 white face ammeter is upside down compared to the Weston item, so the ground is on the right, not the left, and the Harley wiring diagram is incorrect for the late VLs/RLs..

Hi Steve, We can always count on you. Thanks. So, the only negative ground required is the yellow wire from the battery to the right side of my Weston ammeter as pictured. Also, the yellow wire goes under 3344-25 cable clip. I had made a note as you can see on a wiring diagram (attached) to run a ground wire from the negative side of the ammeter to the frame. Where would you suggest that should run to be attached to the frame?

I think you've confused what Steve was saying. You have a Delco ammeter not Weston. The wire connection points in the wiring diagram were never redrawn to suit the Delco ammeter when it replaced the Weston even though it shows the Delco ammeter. There are 2 wires. The yellow goes from the battery negative to the left ammeter post (opposite to what your wiring diagram shows) and the black 4706-29 goes from the right ammeter post to the cable clip 3344-25 on the frame.
As per the Delco in the diagram below.
