  • WLA springer

I have a nice WLA springer. A friend told me to put it on my 50 TT as they work better on the TT tracks. Why would I listen to someone, well he knows his stuff and raced the hand shift class at one time. Well don't like it, front is to high {maybe with the longer trail it would handle better at spped) also looks like dog poo as it puts the fender way to high and would need to modify a pretty rear fender. I now nothing about WLAs. I would imagine they are hard to come by. So I'm puttind the original front end on. It was going to go on a bobber that I'm probably never going to get around to so I'm thinking about letting it go.

The fender on a '40/'41 WLA long springer fork uses extension brackets that put it in the proper relationship to the wheel. The fender doesn't bolt directly to the fork tab.
Here is a std fork and a long fork SxS...
