VL Neck cable clamp - what's correct?

I"m working on a couple of VL's and have a question about these cable clamps, In the numerous VL pictures that I've taken over the years I've seen the clamps shown in the picture or with just the 3344-25 clamp. I've never seen the 4727-31 clamp used. It's shown in both the 36 Spare Parts Catalog and in Steve Slocombe's book. If the double hole clamp is correct then I'm assuming it goes on top of the 3344-25 clamp. If this is true, then when cable does it hold?

    Thanks, Lippy

The single hole clamp with the '?' above it is the correct one. It holds the generator wires.

I've never been able to find one so used this instead.

Thanks for the reply, picture and Colony part info. I’ve never seen that clamp mounted with the bottom screw. The mystery deepens for me.
