VL Handlebar End Caps

Hello. Looking for a little help. Is there an easy way to remove the end caps off of a VL handlebar? Easy technique or special flat socket? If there is a video out there, that would be even better.

Look up "drag link" sockets, and use lots of penetrating oil..
