Hi folks,

Wondering what the preferred special sauce is for sealing the threads on the plugs for the inner primary cover? I was assuming Loctite thread sealer but thought I'd ask in case there's something better.

Dear Peter, I don't think any sealer was used originally. From 1932 there is a thin disc washer under the plugs which may help sealing.

Thanks Steve. Mind is '31 so no washers. I think I'll cut a gasket and use the Loctite. That should take care of it.
