rear brake shoe spring question 1935 VLD

My rear brake has one new spring on the bottom that someone replaced and on the top side the old spring is broken.
Is there anywhere that I can buy a spring like the one shown on my brake shoes as that will work for the top?
I would think that this type of spring would be used in many other applications.
I checked the local auto parts store and they don't have one like this.
    thank you.

That spring looks to be incorrect. The spring in the photo appears to be a heavier gauge wire, most likely a spring for a jiffy stand. The correct springs are readily available from aftermarket motorcycle parts retailer's.

I will give them a try.
Do you know of one that may have them?
      Thank you very much.
