I'm not familiar with the singles, but if it uses the same points the twins use, i've purchased them a few years ago, a ground wire needs to be added[ in fact, i may have a set stashed that i'll never use...

Or you can make a Toyota points conversion making some modifications to the plate or if you have a spare junk plate to not ruin a good plate.

I have a box of ancient new in box points & condensers.Many are marked Harley.Some I don't recognise.Do you have a pic of your original points?

I think the points part number is 1565-18 .1918 to 1929 twins & singles

i imagine original points are available, i know there are some on ebay that can be used and need to have a ground strap added. the Toyota points conversion i posted is easy and points always available, but you would have to irreversibly modify your plate. Looking at my 27-31 parts book, 1926-1931 singles and 1918-1929 twins used the same circuit breaker plate, pn 1566-18. and the same points, pn 1573-18 fits all models, 1918-1929. i believe i have a usable spare plate that could be modified for the Toyota points conversion.

I am not sure that a Toyota dizzy base plate would fit my dizzy Pic included.I have searched ever where for a set of points but no luck

I've used those, they work good! just not as big a fiber heel as factory...
