Fender Identification

What is this front fender from? It is narrow brace (5/8) with slot in the lower clips. The front brace is bent out as shown in pics. They are bent even and well done , is this factory or has somebody bent it ?? Thanks

It appears to be a Big Twin fender that someone re-bent to fit a 45. The braces should flare like that but without the sort of "s" bend.
