1937 springer front brake

What can i do to make my front brake on my 37 UL work any better . Wont stop the bike much at all and is constantly staying engaged and dragging is there any upgrades that can be done to help it work better

There are a few ways.

First is checking everything for squareness and contact.

second is higher friction linings.

Original linings work. Aftermarket don't.
