  • WLA stamped number question

I have a alloy 45 flathead which I think is military as it has a "5" stamped on the edge which I also believe is the compression. In addition to the normal 119-39 casting/part number stamped into the combustion side of the head is stamped EX F 54P. The F is for front, leaving the EX and 54P which I could not figure signified (if anything). Anyone can help? Thanks. 100_1504.JPG100_1505.JPG

Those are foundry marks and mean nothing related to your engine.

Thnak you for the reply. Just wanted to make sure it was just an ordinary head before I traded it away.
