  • side car for 45 flathead (1948)

I own a 1942 WLA which has been converted into a 1948 civilian model.
Since the bike still has the reverse transmission and the side car loops, I think about getting a sidecar for it.
However, I don't like the boat style type (with doors) sometimes offered at eBay as a replica from an Eastern Europe manufacturer and I do not think this one would be original for a 48 model.

    - Can anybody give me some advice which model would fit for a 1948 flathead?
-Are there replicas available as, well?
-Does maybe anybody have one for sale?
    - Is there a big difference between the big twin cars and the 45's or do they fit for all models?

Appreciated any input on this topic.

    Thanks

    Oliver

    Sidecar loops on a 45?
I've seen round front Goulding sidecars on 45.
I've got some odds and ends to attach sidecar to a 45, but they came off a Russian bike, and I'm not sure if they're real.
