Chain lubricating bushing 35 VLD

This is the bushing on the outer left case Is this bushing pressed in or threaded has threads on I.D. of bushing would appreciate some help .

The bushing is pushed in from inside the left crankcase, before the left case bushing is installed, and stopped from rotating with a pin as used on the cam bushings. The coarse thread on the inside is to control oiling to the drive sprocket. Harley said the thread should clear the sprocket shaft by 0.007".
