1930 VL rear fender bracket length

Can somebody here tell me the length of the rear fender bracket mount length is?

Is it 12 1/2 or is it 11 1/2 this is the part that bolts the rear hinged portion of the rear fender together.

My 1931 is 12 1/2". Same fender is used.

I have one that is 12 1/2" long it is not attached to the fender and need another.

I spotted a set on Ebay that is listed as being used for a jd I just wanted to be sure of what I had was infact correct before I decided to bid on the 11 1/2" long pair.
