Can I buy this tab?

Looking to buy this tab for my 45 frame "E". It was cut off when the PO turned it into a bobber.

I looked at a few vendors, but didn't see one.

Also love to know how many inches is sticks out from the seat post tube once in place.

It was missing on my frame too. No one makes one so I fabbed one up. it holds the top front of the battery box and is made of two pieces put together. I took measurements off another frame I had that was bent up. Not an easy part to make but it came out spot on.
